BMW i4 gets top-of-the-line version with 601 horsepower
Innovations in electric drive and digitalization, together with new standard and optional equipment, will enhance the current BMW model range in the summer of 2025. In the fully electric BMW i4, new control electronics ensure further fuel consumption optimization and thus increased range. At the same time, the most powerful BMW i4 to date is making its premiere. The BMW Digital Key is standard in many BMW models thanks to Comfort Access and is now even more user-friendly to set up magazin de piese auto online.

The BMW i4 eDrive35 (WLTP combined (EnVKV): energy consumption 17.5 kWh/100 km; CO2 emissions: 0 g/km; CO2 class A; range 428 km) as well as the BMW i4 eDrive40 (WLTP combined (EnVKV): energy consumption 17.8 kWh/100 km; CO2 emissions: 0 g/km; CO2 class A; range 510 km) will benefit from the installation of silicon carbide semiconductor components in the control electronics (SIC inverters) from July 2025. They reduce energy consumption by around 4.5% and increase the range by up to 22 kilometres (depending on the model and the equipment of the individually configured vehicle).
The new top-of-the-range all-electric BMW i4 model will be the BMW i4 M60 xDrive (WLTP combined (EnVKV): energy consumption 20.9 kWh/100 km; CO2 emissions: 0 g/km; CO2 class A; range 433 km).
