An exceptional achievement in only their second appearance in the FIA World Rally-Raid Championship, Dacia Sandriders had another reason to celebrate when the other three crews reached the finish line this afternoon.

Sébastien Loeb and Edouard Boulanger returned to the final bivouac on the Red Sea coast in fourth position, while Lucas Moraes and Denis Zenz finished their first Dakar Rally with the team in seventh position. Cristina Gutierrez and Pablo Moreno moved up to 11th place overall after starting the final stage in 12th position.

After 13 days of intense and grueling racing, covering a total distance of 7,976 kilometers – of which 4,809 were timed – Dacia Sandriders achieved two stage victories and only once came out of the top 3 in the general classification.

The team's successful performance on difficult Saudi special stages – alternating with uneven and rocky terrain, sand dunes, fast and open sections – is not only due to the performance of the drivers, navigators and Dacia Sandrider, but also to the hard work, full dedication and uncompromising dedication of all team members, as well as its partners and suppliers.
