New CFO of CarGarantie

Dr. Oliver Künle will be appointed as a new member of the Management Board of CG Car-Garantie Versicherungs-AG (CarGarantie) as of February 1, 2026. He will succeed Wolfgang Bach, who is retiring. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), he will be part of the management team together with the Chairman of the Management Board, Dr. Markus Söldner, and Anna Bisenthal, the Member of the Management Board responsible for Operations and IT (COO and CIO) magazin de piese auto online.

Oliver Künle, as Managing Director, will be responsible for the Finance, Controlling, Central Services, Legal and Compliance and Human Resources departments. He graduated in Business Administration (BWL) in Stuttgart and then obtained a doctorate in finance. In the following years, he worked for the W&W (Wüstenrot & Württembergische) Group, holding various positions, including Head of Securities Reporting in the Group's Asset Management Division and Head of the Transformation Program in the Property & Casualty Insurance Division. He was also the sole founder and Managing Director of Adam Riese, the digital brand of the W&W Group, for several years.

Wolfgang Bach retires

After more than eight years as a member of the CarGarantie Management Board, Wolfgang Bach, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), is retiring. During the transition period, he will continue to provide expert support to the company before finally leaving his position.

Wolfgang Bach has been responsible for the areas of finance, controlling, central services, legal and compliance and human resources since November 1, 2017. CarGarantie would like to express its heartfelt gratitude to him for his many years of dedication and contribution and wishes him all the best for the future.
