The Citroën C5 Aircross Plug-in Hybrid combines a 1.6-liter gasoline engine with 150 hp (110 kW) and an electric motor with 125 hp (56 kW), integrated into the new 7-speed automatic transmission with dual clutch eDCS. The two engines can work together or independently of each other depending on the driving conditions and the driver's needs. Three modes are available: Hybrid, Electric and Sport.

Charging from 0 to 100% takes 5 hours and 15 minutes with a 7.4 kW Wallbox with the standard 3.7 kW on-board charger and just 2 hours and 55 minutes with the optional 7.4 kW on-board charger.

Thanks to its versatility, the C5 Aircross plug-in hybrid meets the needs of customers in the C-SUV segment looking for high mileage on long journeys, offering a total range of up to 1,100 km. On the highway, its 55-litre fuel tank (+28% compared to the previous generation) allows for a range of up to 650 km with unparalleled comfort for all passengers.
