The SUV segment remained the most popular with a market share of 31.2 percent, but it still shrank by 4.1 percent. The second most important segment (17.1% market share) in September is still that of the compact class. With him, KBA recorded a slight drop - by 1.3 percent.

The most serious growth – 87 percent – is seen in the upper middle class (5.3 percent market share), followed by large vans (+9.1 percent to a 2.1 percent share). However, September was not a good month for small cars (2.3% share, -55%), sports cars (0.5% share, -42%) and luxury (0.7% share, -35.4%) .
