Automotive supplier expands production in Bulgaria and creates 300 new jobs
Witte Automotive Bulgaria has expanded its plant in Ruse for the second time and will thus provide over 300 new jobs for people in the region. The company specializes in door and lid handles, locking mechanisms, touch sensors, radar sensors, lighting elements, etc. for the automotive industry. Witte is a supplier to giants such as Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota and Volvo and is shaping the future of mobility with innovative locking and control systems magazin de piese auto online.

The new building, which is now complete, covers an area of approximately 25,000 sq m and is spread over three levels. The additional production capacity was officially opened on July 5th at a ceremony.
Witte Automotive was founded in the German city of Velbert in 1899 and has 17 locations worldwide, employing over 4,200 people. In 2024, the company generated a turnover of approximately 860 million euros. The Bulgarian unit of Witte Automotive has been operating since 2014.
