FIAT now offers a small all-electric truck
FIAT Professional announces the start of production of the new Ducato Cargo Box BEV at the Atessa plant – a strategic milestone and a clear sign of the brand's commitment to zero-emission mobility piese auto online.

As the most capable all-electric light commercial vehicle, the new Ducato Cargo Box BEV, built on the electric Cab chassis, combines class-leading performance with an exceptional load volume of 18.3 m³, complemented by a spacious interior measuring 4230 mm long, 2032 mm wide and 2150 mm high. With 410 Nm of torque and 200 kW (270 hp) of power, provided by a 110 kWh battery, the model provides a range of up to 323 km (WLTP).
For professionals who need even more space, the L4 variant expands the usable volume to 20.5 m³, with a length of 4400 mm and a height of 2300 mm.
Additional options such as a tailgate or lifting platform, side access doors and internal cabinets above the cab further increase the vehicle's versatility. With these options, the maximum load volume reaches 21 m³ for the L3 version and 22 m³ for the L4.
Faster charging, more flexibility
The brand is introducing a significant upgrade across the entire Ducato range with the new 22kW AC on-board charging module, which replaces the previous 11kW version and is now available as standard equipment. This improvement significantly reduces AC charging times, allowing for more efficient overnight charging and greater operational flexibility for customers. Thanks to 22kW AC charging, a full charge takes just 6 hours – half the time compared to the previous 11kW solution.
The camper champion – now electric
The Atesa plant is one of the most modern centres of Stellantis CustomFit, a conversion and personalisation programme that covers 50% of the production of Stellantis Pro One light commercial vehicles. One of the main focuses of the programme is the Campervans and Campervans (RV) sector, in which FIAT Professional is the undisputed leader.
