In the new Scenic, a camera recognizes the driver and adjusts the seat specifically for him
Scenic E-Tech electric is the new generation family car: fully electric, sustainably designed and packed with useful, intuitive technologies developed by Ampere. It is also light (1890 kg), compact (4.47 m long) and enjoyable to drive in the city and on long journeys (up to 625 km range according to WLTP) piese auto online.

The Scenic is more faithful than ever to its long-term goal of being a household essential, whether for everyday driving or long journeys, alone or with the family. Quality of life on board is an integral part of its DNA. And the Scenic E-Tech electric, named Car of the Year 2024, promises a high-class drive that everyone will be happy to share.
As with all other models in its electric range, Renault is constantly improving the Scenic E-Tech with new features and equipment to make the most of the experience behind the wheel of an electric vehicle.
Smooth and relaxed driving with "One Pedal"
The Scenic E-Tech electric versions with brake energy recovery systems and steering paddles now include the “One Pedal” function. In addition to adding a fifth level of recuperation, the system allows acceleration, deceleration and stopping at traffic signs or red lights using only the right-hand pedal, without using the middle one – which of course remains available in case you need to brake harder. This technology, developed by Ampere, has several other advantages: in addition to smoother and easier driving in the city, it reduces wear on the brake pads and optimizes energy generation.
New bidirectional chargers, 11 kW and 22 kW, for added convenience
The Scenic E-Tech electric now comes as standard with an 11 kW AC bidirectional charger, which can operate at any power from 3 kW (single-phase current) to 11 kW (three-phase current). A new 22 kW AC bidirectional fast charger – enabling 80 km of charging in 30 minutes at public charging stations – will be available as an optional extra from summer 2025.
Vehicle-to-load capabilities to power home devices
With the V2L bidirectional charging adapter, the Scenic E-Tech electric can power a coffee machine or a barbecue or charge an electric scooter, for example. In other words, the car battery can provide as much power as a 220 V socket at a maximum power of 3.7 kW. In the openR link system or the My Renault application, you can also set the minimum battery charge you need for your next drive to avoid it falling below this level.
Improved equipment for Esprit Alpine and Iconic versions
In the Esprit Alpine version, the front seats are now equipped as standard with 6-way electric adjustment, in addition to the already available electric lumbar support and heating function. The driver's seat is also equipped with a massage function.
The Iconic version now offers two interior environments with completely new fine textile upholstery (partly TEP from biosources): standard upholstery in titanium black with Alcantara® trim on the doors and dashboard, and optional pure cool grey upholstery also featuring linden wood trim. The front seats and the rear bench seat have been redesigned to increase lateral support. The heated passenger seat is now electrically adjustable, while the driver's seat retains its heating, massage and electric adjustment functions.
Driver recognition for better welcome and increased safety
The Esprit Alpine and Iconic versions are now equipped with a camera integrated into the left A-pillar. It recognises the driver and adjusts settings related to their user profile (favorite radio stations and media content, seat and door mirror positions and apps downloaded to openR link).
The driver recognition system is activated every time the car is started. You need to create a user profile using the multimedia system screen, and then the on-board camera will record your characteristics. All data is stored in the car (no data is transferred to external servers).
This camera also plays an important role in keeping the driver and passengers safe. It connects to the Take a Break! app, developed by Ampere and available from the openR link app catalog, which detects signs of driver fatigue. If it detects yawning, frequent blinking, heavy eyelids or unusual head movements, the system warns the driver and offers him a well-deserved break. This app demonstrates Renault’s commitment to safety and develops new useful and exclusive features.
Continuously improved connectivity
Designed and developed by Ampere, the openR link multimedia system comes with premium Google services and apps, including Maps with the EV route planner function.
Google's ever-expanding services currently include:
Various functionalities refresh your daily life in the car during a stop for charging or for any other reason. For example, the driver can activate the Relax mode on his electric seat in the presets and choose a massage with adjustable intensity to completely relax.
With Google Play built-in, Renault vehicles provide a rich selection of on-board apps to offer customers a more immersive experience. The more than 50 apps available cover a wide range of entertainment and other services. This library of apps is constantly growing, offering drivers and passengers an increasingly exciting connected experience.
