Seven seats in four meters of length – and super cheap
Nissan already offers a Dacia Spring sibling in its range – as a minivan. But the Gravité is not electric – it has a petrol engine under its hood. With a length of less than four metres, the model offers up to seven seats magazin de piese auto online.

Families, listen up: Nissan has unveiled a new minivan. The Gravitee boasts extremely compact dimensions, seating up to seven, and a starting price of just a few thousand euros. Too good to be true? Unfortunately, it is. Because for now, the car is only intended for India.
The Nissan Gravite costs well under 6,000 euros
Its platform is based on a car we know very well. Nissan shares its platform with the electric Dacia Spring. This small SUV recently made headlines because, with electric car subsidies and manufacturer discounts, it cost just 5,900 euros in Germany.
But the Gravité can beat it. Nissan is offering it for the equivalent of just €5,320 (INR 565,000)! Even with the highest equipment, it still costs less than any new German car: the equivalent of €7,990 (INR 849,000).
Seven places less than four meters apart
Thanks to Spring's CMF-A+ platform, the Gravite is very compact – and with three rows of seats. Its length? Just under four meters! It's also 1734 millimeters wide and 1643 millimeters high – so finding a parking space shouldn't be a problem.
However, with such a small car, there is hardly any space left in the boot – at least when all seven seats are occupied. The luggage compartment holds just 84 litres. Anyone who wants to take anything else will ideally have to remove two seats. As a five-seater, it offers a generous 625 litres of cargo space.
Refrigerated compartments and LED lighting
The air conditioning is designed for the tropical Indian climate. Second-row passengers have their own control panel to adjust the temperature. There are also two refrigerator compartments, one in the center console and one under the glove compartment.
The exterior design may not be as progressive as Nissan's styling in other markets, but the Gravitee still looks modern. Higher trim levels include LED lights and roof rails that are more than just decorative. The roof can support a load of up to 50 kilograms.
Under the hood: naturally aspirated engine
The large, shiny black grille hints at the engine. It's completely conventional, with no electrification whatsoever. It's a one-liter, three-cylinder naturally aspirated engine without a turbo.
Therefore, the power is not astronomical. The specifications indicate 72 hp and 96 Nm of maximum torque. With a weight of just under a ton, however, this should be enough. The transmission is either a five-speed manual or a five-speed automatic.
The chances of a European start are small
It sounds like an extremely attractive package. Unfortunately, Nissan has no plans to offer the Gravite on the old continent – at least not yet.
