Porsche has launched a special version of the 911 in honor of visionary designer Ferdinand Alexander Porsche

On December 11, 2025, visionary designer Ferdinand Alexander (FA) Porsche would have turned 90. To mark this important anniversary, the sports car manufacturer has created a special gift on four wheels: the new 911 GT3 90 FA Porsche magazin de piese auto online.

The exterior and interior of this individualized anniversary model are inspired by the G-Model series of the 911, driven by Ferdinand Alexander Porsche (FA Porsche) in the 1980s. 90 units, which feature elegant Heritage Design elements, will be produced by Porsche Sonderwunsch. One of them has already been ordered by his son Marc Porsche. Buyers of the collector's model can look forward to a unique experience, as part of which they can further personalize their anniversary car.

The 911 GT3 90 FA Porsche will be available for order from April 2026. Included in the offer are an exclusive edition of the legendary Porsche Design Chronograph 1 special edition and a special weekend bag.

"When you consider the function of an object, the form usually appears by itself." With this design credo, Ferdinand Alexander Porsche, known as FA, already materialized his vision of focusing on the essential with the legendary 911. In 1972, together with his brother Hans-Peter, he founded the design studio that they called Porsche Design. The objects he created there quickly became classics of modern design - such as the Chronograph I wristwatch and the P'8478 sunglasses with interchangeable lenses.

The collector's model is based on the 911 GT3 with Touring Package, the more discreet version of the sports car for road trips, which features a removable rear spoiler. The 4.0-liter naturally aspirated six-cylinder boxer engine develops 375 kW (510 hp) and has a torque of 450 Nm.

FA Greenmetallic is the name of the exclusive paint color for the anniversary model. The experts at Paint to Sample Plus created the current shade together with the Porsche family, inspired by the iconic Oakgreenmetallic of F.A. Porsche's own 911.

Another special detail of the car, which is not otherwise available for the 911 GT3 with Touring Package, are the Sport Classic wheels, painted in satin black gloss. Inspired by the classic Fuchs wheels, their fine details include a center bolt and the historic 1963 coat of arms on the wheel hub centers. A galvanized gold-plated emblem with the “90 FA Porsche” logo is placed on the engine cover grille.

Decorative stitching in Chalk Beige and the seat centre panels made of special FA Grid-Weave fabric complement the Truffle Brown Club leather upholstery and create a special atmosphere in memory of F.A. Porsche. FA Grid-Weave can also be found in the glove compartment, the burgundy document bag and on the double-sided floor mat in the luggage compartment. The fabric pattern is available in five colours. Black, Green, Truffle Brown, Cream and Bordeaux Red, woven together. . “My father’s favourite jackets had this pattern. Like his pencil, pipe and ashtray, these jackets felt like a part of my childhood and were inextricably linked to his office at home,” says Mark Porsche.

The Sport Chrono clock at the top of the dashboard is based on the original Chronograph I, created as a unique piece for F.A. Porsche. Another highlight in the car's interior is the open-pore walnut gear lever, which is engraved with a plaque bearing F.A. Porsche's signature.
